Terms of Service

Beriah is currently in early access. The terms below are provisional and will be completed before general availability.

Content ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Beriah. We do not acquire any rights over your works, metadata, or personal data beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the service.

Use of the service

Beriah is intended for creative practitioners, researchers, cultural associations, and anyone building a multimedia library in good faith. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access in cases of misuse or use contrary to the spirit of the service.

Software licence

Beriah's source code is available under the Business Source License 1.1 (BUSL-1.1). Commercial use requires a separate licence.
